During my Easter stay, I enjoyed the clean sheets and towels offered by the hotel. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. the location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to a variety of shops, restaurants and public transport was easily accessible. Lastly, I appreciated the fact that the hotel had a 24-hour room service as it was perfect for our late-night cravings.

The staff did not seem interested in attending to us, and they looked like they were just there to do the bare minimum. the hotel had a strong smell of cigarette smoke which was unpleasant as I had requested a non-smoking room.

This budget hotel is located in a quiet suburb, close to the city center, offering a peaceful atmosphere. the rooms are clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. the staff is friendly and efficient, providing great service. the breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of fresh options, including German bread and fresh coffee. Guests with babies receive thoughtful accommodations, such as a pre-set baby bed. the hotel lobby closes after 11 PM, ensuring security and safety.

The carpet in the rooms might not be very hygienic, as mentioned by a previous guest.
